Course Inclusive Economic Growth

  • CONTENT:
    The speakers’ presentations will present inclusive growth concepts paying particular attention to their long-term sustainability. The course will include working sessions and exercises where participants will be able to apply the concepts learned and have the opportunity to perform activities on designing inclusive growth strategies using country case studies.
  • Objective:
    Improve participants’ knowledge of inclusive growth concepts and provide them with the analytical and operational tools to assess, measure and monitor how macroeconomic policies can influence economic growth, poverty, inequality and job creation.
  • AIMED AT:
    Officials from Latin American and Caribbean central banks and other institutions, as well as economists working in analysis and economic studies areas, who have experience in economic policy analysis, and monitoring and assessing public policies and strategies to combat poverty and inequality and promote job creation.

    Spanish without simultaneous translation.
