    Bring together the Latin American and Caribbean central banking community, as well as key stakeholders within the broader accounting and financial reporting industry, to discuss issues affecting central bank accounting frameworks, with emphasis in IFRS 9 and foreign reserves accounting.

    Central bank officials with responsibility for accounting-related matters, as well as senior level central bank staff who due to their duties have interest in the topics addressed.
